The Prestige Property Maintenance
was established in 1998 as a private cleaning company to provide
cleaning services to privately owned properties in East &
Central London area. Since the formation, the company has developed
and extended its services to meet the needs of Social Landlords
and other commercial enterprises. Prestige has now progressed
to a leading position in the maintenance field in providing Reactive
maintenance, Planned maintenance, Major repairs, Cyclical redecoration
work etc.
Recognising the importance of good quality and reliability, Prestige
have employed expertise over a range of trades with a distinctive
and willing approach to our clients, our policy is to provide
overall proficiency in all aspects of maintenance by employing
specialist trade operatives necessity to maintain the work standard.
We undertake all aspects of maintenance e.g. plumbing, carpentry,
masonry, gas, electrical and drainage services. Most of our operatives
are multi-skilled and all are in constant communication through
mobile phones, facilitating prompt and effective services.
Given the uncertainty in the competitive market it’s very
difficult to maintain economic stability and control business
expenditure. However, at Prestige we firmly believe that our competitive
charging stands out the value for money while providing the high
standard of workmanship and service.
Most of the operatives are directly employed
by Prestige ensuring the best quality of maintenance. We provide
training to most of our operatives and monitor each individual
operative to maintain in the field of service provision.

staff aware and are committed to protecting and maintaining the
environment. We try to adopt the highest environmental standards
in all areas of daily working life and in all of our operation.
We do not use any materials that can be detrimental to the environment
when an alternative is available. We aim to minimise the use of
these materials, supplies and therefore reducing the waste we
produce. We try to recycle unwanted materials and dump our rubbish
at appropriate dumping sites
